24AIStaff provides a hybrid AI phone answering and virtual receptionist service. AI answers calls first, and human review or intervention is available depending on the service setup you select. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. AI Limitations

AI technology is powerful but may not be perfect. The AI may occasionally misunderstand a caller, miss a detail, or provide an incomplete answer. We design scripts, rules, and escalation paths to minimise errors, and we offer human backup options, but we cannot guarantee error-free performance.

3. Human Review

The availability and extent of human review, escalation, and live intervention depends on the service setup selected for your account. Not all plans include the same level of human involvement.

4. Your Responsibilities

The business owner remains responsible for final business decisions, including how calls are followed up, what information is provided to the AI for answering, and how bookings and enquiries are handled after the call.

5. No Professional Advice

The service is a phone answering and message-taking tool. Emergency, legal, medical, or financial matters should not rely only on AI. Callers with emergencies should always be directed to appropriate emergency services, and professional advice should come from qualified professionals.

6. Third-Party Services

Service availability may depend on third-party telecommunications, AI, and hosting providers. We are not liable for outages or disruptions caused by these third-party services, although we will work to restore service promptly.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
